Family Therapist, Finance Analyst and Community Volunteer, Ayo Dalgety-Dean left Guyana for the UK in 1990. There she was educated, completing post-graduate work in Systemic Practice with Children and Families. She worked as a Finance Analyst for 8 years before having a career change into Family Therapy / Project Manager.

Nathilee Caldeira, Ph.D., is the Founder and Director of Clinical Services of Let’s Talk Psychological Wellness, P.C. Dr. Caldeira received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University and completed her doctoral internship at Columbia University Medical Center. She has been providing consultation, training, psychological assessment, individual, couples and group therapy services for more than 15 years.

Graduated from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education & Stony Brook University Medical School in NY, USA – with combined BS/MD degree. This was followed by her completion of a combined Internal Medicine & Pediatric residency training at the State University of NY-Downstate Medical Center.

Mr. Housty was admitted to practice at the Guyana Bar in 1996 and Trinidad and Tobago Bar in 2007. Mr. Housty has 16 years consulting experience in Guyana and the Caribbean. Mr. Housty has served as President of the Guyana Bar Association between the years 2008 to 2010.He is a Member Board of Directors, 2011, Acting Chairman 2013 – The Guyana Red Cross Society. 

Ms. Thompson began at Blossom Inc. in 2017 and has worked as a Reunification Officer, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Forensic Interviewer, CAC Coordinator, and now she is Blossom Inc.’s Programme Manager. Her time within these roles has significantly developed her technical and analytical skills for providing leadership and management to staff.
